AlohaCare provides health care coverage for Hawaii’s QUEST (Medicaid) beneficiaries. QUEST (Medicaid) is a Medicaid managed care program under the State of Hawaii Department of Human Services (DHS).

Check your eligibility and apply online for QUEST (Medicaid) coverage through the Med-QUEST Division website by visiting
www.mybenefits.hawaii.gov. If you are eligible for QUEST (Medicaid), you will receive a notification of eligibility and automatically assigned a health plan. After being assigned a health plan, you will have 15 days to choose AlohaCare as your QUEST (Medicaid) health plan. If you do not choose a health plan, you will stay enrolled with your assigned health plan.
