You’ll also find important phone numbers you may need right away, like customer service and pharmacy services. If you recently received a new or updated member ID card, be sure to carry your card with you. You will need to show it to your doctor, pharmacy, and anywhere else you receive services covered by AlohaCare.

Understanding and Using your AlohaCare Member ID Card


Special information about your plan. This might be about limits and other benefits, such as the Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic, and Treatment (EPSDT) program for keiki. The back of your ID card has phone numbers and addresses for other services you may need.
Your permanent member ID card is sent a few weeks after you receive your temporary card. It has the same information as your temporary card, PLUS the name and phone number of your primary care provider. Please use your permanent ID card.

Start Using Your AlohaCare Benefits
To use services covered by your AlohaCare plan, simply show your member ID card.

After Hours Care: If you need after hours care and can’t reach your provider, call the AlohaCare Customer Service number and when prompted, select option #5.

24-Hour Nurse Line: If you need after hours care advice and can't reach your provider, you can call the Nurse Advice Line at 1-855-690-5930, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Telehealth Services: Video visits with healthcare providers or behavioral health providers using an internet-connected smartphone, tablet, or computer are available for AlohaCare members. Click here to search for providers that offer telehealth services and select Telehealth Services under Miscellaneous.
Member Web Portal: Register access and you can manage your account and find information about:
- Prior authorizations and referrals.
- Medical and pharmacy claims.
- Contacting your health coordinator or reviewing your care plan.
- Signing up for the Disease Management Self-Referral Program (types of programs are listed on the site).

Understanding and Using your AlohaCare Member ID Card


If you recently received a new or updated member ID card, be sure to carry your card with you. You will need to show it when you visit your doctor, the pharmacy, or other providers who supply benefits covered by your AlohaCare Advantage Plus health plan.
Your member ID card includes:
- Your name.
- Your member number.
- The name and phone number of your primary care provider.
- Phone numbers and addresses for other services you may need.
